Our IT infrastructure is fully protected by the relevant disaster recovery, firewall and antivirus software, and PC-to-PC synchronisation of data files, so that mission critical translations do not fizzle into the ether. We also have alternative email addresses to safeguard against ISP problems.

Non-disclosure agreements are signed with all client companies, and in the event of conflict of interest, this is scrupulously advised to the relevant clients to allow them to decide whether they are happy with our impartiality or would rather seek help elsewhere. We realise that most of our clients are big enough to have the services of alternative translators available to them.

Our rates are competitive and in special situations we are prepared to waive the minimum charge and bill small but frequent work monthly on a pro rata basis, either at the end of the month or once a certain volume of work has built up, reducing administration and, naturally, translation costs.
